This Mama is sooooooooooooo proud!!!

My daughter ... the baby ... well actually she's 3 ... so not exactly a baby but if you've seen her you know where "baby" comes from!!! Anyhow, she's been outta diapers now for 7 entire days!! I am so freaking proud of her!

You Dodged A Bullet.

Pep Talk: Your life has taken some unique twists and turns. Sometimes you’ve made brilliant choices and sometimes you’ve had no choice in the matter. If you’d been handed everything you thought you wanted, you wouldn’t be this kick ass person we all know and love with this kick ass life full of promise and independence. Today (everyday, really) is a great day to count your blessings for things you did and didn’t get.

Makes all that I am doing seem so worth it!!!!

Just a little sign that I am a good, caring, generous Mommy ...

My 5 year old & I were driving to school & on the radio was a little girl who was 8 years old describing her story of how instead of her Birthday guests bringing presents she asked them to bring money ... & with that money she donated it to Breast Cancer awareness. My Hails said Mommy I want to do that also... But I want to give my money to Hungry Children ... I have enough toys ... I don't need anymore ... she's only 5 it just melted my heart.

This brings a tear to my eye.

Thought i'd stop by & say Hi to the blog world.... O how I have missed you! It's great being busy at work ... but boy does it suck to not be blogging!!!!
