Follow the Fucking directions!!!!!! Damn!

is it sooo hard to follow directions? when you tell an entire shop that they must have a manager check a job before proceeding any further with a step ... a sensible person would have a fucking manager check the fucking job!!!! so now the job is messed up ... with a customer that always has something go wrong with every fucking job ... and now i feel bad because she had to be fired! hate being a manager! hate it!!!!
